Custom Foundling Mandalorian Helmet,

Someone had made my custom Mandalorian helmet and asked if I could make a Custom version of the foundling one and I couldn't say no. Plus, it gave me a good reason to make an awesome helmet for my son, so it was a win win. It was pretty fun to make the little version of the helmet and put my mark on it, so I hope you guys enjoy it as much as my son and I do and get to share it with you little Foundlings.

• its 229mm from front to back and 181mm from side to side, his head is 21 inches around and has plenty of room to grow into it before he grows out of it.
• there is a test ring you can print to ensure it will fit over their head
• the two side parts and back vent print separately from the helmet for easier sanding and painting
• thick walls because it needs to hold up to wild play it will endure, I had it set to 3 walls but did not know if that was overkill or not for this? so, I set it to 2 for now but if you guys would like me to change it to 3 walls, I would definitely change it back.
• like all my helmets I have one with center supports and one without so you can choose which one you are more comfortable with. I always print my helmets without, and they always turn out fine.
• grab a piece of paper and trace the visor shape from front or inside of helm and trace the shape to cut out the visor shape.
• for his helmet I used a colored light filter for the visor cheap so if it gets ruined, I have plenty of backups and all sorts of colors to choose from. You can get a 20 pack on amazon for like $10 so that is a cheaper solution if you need one.
