Pipe End Cap & Plug — Push-In Fit, Any Tube Size

A ribbed push-in plug that caps off any round tube - bike bar-ends, furniture and chair legs, railings, fence posts, or any open pipe. The flexible barbs grip the inner wall while the flange sits flush as a clean finished cap.

Just push it in, the angled barbs compress on the way and lock against the tube wall, no glue or fasteners needed.

Default Dimensions
The default settings fit standard road bike handlebar ends with thick bar tape (~3 mm) wrapped into the bar end.

Using thinner tape or no tape? Increase fin outer diameter so the barbs still press firmly - the plug is what locks your tape in place.

Customizable Parameters
This is a parametric model - every dimension is adjustable, each parameter has a description in the customizer. The key rule for a good fit: set the fin outer diameter ~0.3–0.5 mm over your tube's inner Ø, and the flange diameter larger than the tube outer Ø so the cap seats as a stop.
