OREO x BTS Keychain — Dual Color Filling — Thread
🌟 Overview
This keychain reinterprets the iconic OREO cookie in a themed version inspired by the collaboration with BTS, transformed into a compact, resistant, and fully 3D printed optimized accessory.
The keychain maintains the classic cookie shape, now in purple color, with a dual color filling that provides contrast and a visually striking finish.
💜 Available designs for inner threaded side (5 designs)
The design is divided into profiles for you to download your favorite combination.
Includes:
- Borahae Heart — heart with a hand making the heart gesture inside.
- BTS loves OREO — heart with the phrase BTS loves OREO inside.
- BTS — Logo with the letters B, T, and S.
- BTS Logo — Symbolic, needs no introduction.
- Army Bomb — mini silhouette of the official lightstick v4.
- Names - added model with the names of the BTS members.
- Our universe, BTS ARMY — cookie model with the phrase written.

All parts are adjusted to be sufficiently resistant and also of a fitted size.
IMPORTANT: Settings for proper printing
If you use the profile uploaded on A1 and/or the settings I present here, you should not have problems printing it. The use of supports is not necessary if you use the printing speed I specify below. If you also want the smoothing to come out correctly, you will need to add supports. If you want to save material, I propose some manual supports that should be sufficient for the smoothing to turn out well.
I always recommend smoothing tests (I have some available) with a well-calibrated printer and dry filament.
You should not need supports to print the parts using the following configuration.
Supports painted on each part:
On the internal threaded elements, a small thread will remain that can be removed and does not affect aesthetics.
If you have problems with the interior, you can perform bridging tests to find an optimal configuration for your printer.
🎨 Design elements
- Cookie in solid purple, with texture inspired by different patterns.
- Dual color filling, attempting to symbolize the collaboration's filling.
🧵 Optimized for Bambu Studio printing
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Recommended material:
- Purple PLA for the cookie.
- White/light brown-beige PLA for the dual color filling.
- PLA or PETG for greater strength.
- Multicolor (AMS):
- Cookie in purple.
- Filling in two colors
- Infill: 15%
