Customizable vacuum hose adapter and nozzle generator for measured round hoses, flat crevice tips, oval tips, rectangle tips, barb ribs, brush collars, and an optional wall clip.

Create a measured-fit vacuum adapter without hunting for a fixed size. This parametric generator starts from a round hose-side connection and lets you build a reducer, expander, nozzle, or transition into a round, oval, rounded-rectangle, or flat crevice outlet.

Measure the hose, socket, or dust-port diameter you want to fit, choose male insert or female socket mode, then tune the friction-fit tolerance. Add optional shallow hose barb ribs, a stop collar, a raised brush collar for user-added brush strip or felt, or a separate wall clip for storing the adapter near your bench.

The default model is a compact 32 mm male insert with a flat crevice nozzle and support-free retention features left off. It is intentionally generic and does not claim compatibility with any specific vacuum brand or proprietary connector.

Customization Notes

- Use `male_insert` when the printed part should slide into a hose or socket.

- Use `female_socket` when the printed part should slide over a hose, nozzle, or dust port.

- Increase `fit_tolerance` for a looser fit; reduce it for a tighter fit after test prints.

- Use the round outlet for simple reducers/expanders.

- Use oval, rectangle, or flat crevice outlets for custom nozzles.

- Enable the brush collar when you plan to glue, tape, or clamp a user-supplied brush strip, foam, felt, or seal material around the tip.

- Enable `adapter_clip` or `wall_clip` output to print the optional wall-mount storage clip.
