Assembly & Print Notes:

Assembly is straightforward: slide your Shure BLX4 units into the custom form-forming slots. When joining the left and right plates via the built-in dovetail connectors, note that the fit is intentionally tight to eliminate play. Applying steady, constant pressure with a standard bar clamp makes snapping the halves together a breeze. Once joined, secure the complete assembly directly into your standard 19-inch equipment rack or road case using standard rack screws.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Material: PETG is the bare minimum requirement. For true road durability and impact resistance, engineering filaments like Pro PCTG, ABS, or ASA are highly recommended. Audio racks can build up significant heat from nearby gear, and these materials provide the necessary thermal resistance and strength to handle everyday wear and tear without warping under rack-screw torque.
  • Note: Optimized walls, 5% crosshatch infill, and orientation parameters are already configured in the provided print profile for quick plug-and-play printing.
