Flexi Mini Stone Golem

A living fortress joins the Flexi Mini monster collection!

The Stone Golem is inspired by classic fantasy RPGs, combining massive stone plates, exaggerated proportions, and a chunky articulated body into a compact print-in-place collectible. The layered rock textures and glowing core-style details give it a powerful look while still fitting perfectly alongside the Gorilla, Werewolf, Cyclop, Minotaur, and Yeti.

Although almost entirely support-free, the model includes a tiny built-in support tree beneath one area with a couple of floating layers. This small sacrificial support was intentionally left in place to guarantee a clean, reliable print while remaining quick and effortless to remove after printing.

🎨 Included Print Profiles

⚪ Single-Color Version

Perfect for rainbow filaments, stone-effect PLA, painting projects, or anyone who prefers adding their own colors after printing.

The carved stone textures remain highly visible even in a single material.

🟢 2-Color AMS Version

A clean and efficient option that keeps print time and filament waste low.

Uses:

  • Main stone body color
  • Secondary accent color for the glowing core sections, face details, chest, and knee armor

A great balance between print efficiency and visual impact.

💎 3-Color AMS Version

Adds an additional color for smaller facial details and accent pieces, creating a richer fantasy appearance while maintaining reasonable print times.

Ideal for users looking for a little more detail without going to a full multi-color setup.

The glowing crystal-style accents can be printed in virtually any color. Green works great for a magical stone guardian, but blue, purple, red, gold, or even glow-in-the-dark filament can completely change the character's appearance.

Feel free to experiment and create your own elemental guardian!

🧠 Creation Process

This model started from an AI-assisted concept that was processed through MakerWorld's Image-to-3D workflow.

The generated mesh was then imported into Nomad Sculpt where it underwent extensive manual work, including quad remeshing, topology cleanup, surface reconstruction, detail enhancement, articulation refinement, and printability optimization.

Key elements were manually separated and redesigned to support efficient multi-color printing, while overhangs, cuts, joints, and geometry transitions were adjusted to improve support-free printing and overall print reliability.

Additional sculpting work was performed on the stone plates, facial features, armor details, articulation system, and rock textures to create a cleaner, stronger, and more printable final model while preserving the original fantasy concept.

📸 All photos shown are of actual printed models, tested on real printers and verified for clean print performance.
