As shown in the cover, this model is specially optimized for 0.8mm nozzles and Bambu Lab Translucent filaments. Printing with a 0.8mm nozzle not only makes the print incredibly fast but also enhances the clarity of translucent plastic, allowing you to see your film labels clearly from the outside!

🛠️ Tuning Details & Expert Recommendations:

• Maximum Transparency & Glitter Effect: To achieve this beautiful, shimmering translucent look, you need a 0.8mm Hardened Steel Nozzle. I highly recommend printing with a 0.56mm layer height to get the absolute maximum clarity and glitter effect. (Feel free to lower the layer height according to your personal preference, it won't affect the model functionality).
• Perfect Fit & Warping Solution: Translucent filament shrinks much more than regular PLA/PETG. I spent 3 whole days fine-tuning the tolerance between the base and the lid to ensure they snap together with a flawless, tight, and perfect fit. Because of the high shrinkage, I strongly recommend using a Super Plate (PEI/Cool Plate) with a glue stick or high-adhesion bed to prevent warping or corner lifting. Setting your bed temperature to 55°Cis the sweet spot for this setup.
• Custom Top Surface Ironing: With a 0.8mm nozzle, the default ironing settings in Bambu Studio are honestly terrible—it leaves lots of ugly artifacts and rough patches. I spent a massive amount of time calibrating the flow and speed to deliver a flawless, beautiful top-surface ironing finish. I am extremely proud of how smooth this part turned out!

Ultimately, when you finish printing, you will get an incredibly stunning 135 film case with a gorgeous glittering effect. You can easily see right through the case to check exactly how many film rolls you have left inside.
