High-Power Solar Power Distributor with Integrated Smart Monitoring!
This heavy-duty, 3D-printable enclosure is the ultimate DIY solution for organized and safe photovoltaic battery systems. Engineered to house massive 560mm x 40mm x 10mm copper busbars, it secures your system using heavy-duty EF3 / NH fuses.
- Specifications & Layout: 8 outputs in total – optimized for 6x battery connections and 2x inverter feeds.
- Smart Home Ready: Features dedicated slots for an ESP32 C6 Mini and individual temperature sensors for each busbar. Monitor your system's thermals via Home Assistant, ESPHome, or MQTT.
- Universal Cable Entries: The integrated strain relief works as a clamp system. The stock diameter is 20mm, but it easily expands to accommodate larger high-gauge cables just by adjusting the screw lengths.
- Smart Mechanical Design: Clever rear cutouts allow you to pass M8 bolts directly through the busbar to securely clamp your heavy cable lugs.
Note: Due to the thermal demands of electrical installations, please print this model using high-temperature, flame-retardant materials like PETG, ASA, or ABS!
