12x12cm External Cooling Fan Sealed Base

Description
This external cooling base for PC cases was made to alleviate my cooling anxiety. Its main purpose is to enhance air pressure, seal the space between the fan and the case, and separate the air channels. It can be used for exhaust or intake, just install the fan in the desired direction.
Compatible magnetic fan nut specifications: stud length ≤9mm, stud diameter ≤6mm, magnetic head diameter ≤12mm,
I use 9mm×5.5mm×12mm magnetic nuts. The current tolerance is just right; they fit snugly and are not easy to loosen when pressed or tapped in. You can fine-tune during printing.
Any screw length less than the fan thickness plus 11.27mm will work.
Mainly compatible with 12×12cm fans, with a screw hole spacing of 105mm.
Four-fan, dual-fan, and single-fan versions with both rounded and right-angle corners are available. Choose freely when printing.
Since I used PETG material, shrinkage characteristics have been considered. If you switch to PLA, the tolerance might increase, and you might need to super glue the nuts in place to prevent movement during installation.
