Description
Hello and Welcome to 3DEraTec
a variable air distributor for your Midea Porta Split
This way you can distribute the cold air in 3 different directions and thus cool your apartment or house even more in summer
The 3 distributors are designed for Ø100mm (more sizes to follow) and you can find the link to my hose HERE
To attach the hose to the distributors, you only need cable ties or suitable clamps

Here are all the parts included in the print profile

This is what it looks like when assembled. The pipes are removable, and the air conditioning can be used even with these pipes

Cross-section, optimal airflow, flap opens 100%

🔧Assembly / Note:
A somewhat demanding assembly, step by step in pictures. Superglue is necessary
Step #1: Assemble the two parts of the base body (yellow) and join them with superglue

Step #2: Add both wings (blue) to the base body (yellow) and join them with superglue

Step #3: Insert the 3 x outlet flanges (red) into the tongue and groove of the base body (yellow) and join them with superglue. The 4 clamps (green) are aids for assembly

---- > FINISHED
🔧Printing:
There are a total of 5 plates. The whole thing is designed so that as few supports as possible are needed. The individual parts are optimally positioned on the print plates, and the optimal parameters are set in the print profile. Please do not change anything here anymore
