Pronation & Supination Trainer - Forearm Rotation

This 3D printable forearm and grip strength training set consists of two different training systems designed to improve forearm strength, grip power, and wrist stability.

1. Wrist Roller System
   The wrist roller consists of three parts: two handles and a central hex shaft core. The handles feature matching sockets and are inserted onto the hex shaft. They can be glued for a secure and stable connection. This system enables classic wrist roller training to improve grip strength and forearm endurance.
2. Rotation Trainer (Pronation Tool)
   The second component is a single-piece 3D printed model specifically designed for forearm rotation exercises. It targets pronation, supination, and overall wrist control and stability.

The rotation trainer is designed as a single solid print, while the wrist roller is modular.
