Description

Bissell Little Green Pet Deluxe (3353) — Solution Tank Cap

A replacement for the threaded cap on the clean/solution tank of the Bissell Little Green Pet Deluxe (model 3353). This is the purple collar in the photos — the part that screws onto the bottom of the clear "SOLUTION/CLEAN TANK."

Important: this is the cap only. It's designed to reuse with your original black cap insert (the valve/nipple piece). Pop the OEM insert out of your old cap and seat it into this one — the center hole is sized to capture it. If your insert is also damaged, this print won't help you there; you'll still need that piece from Bissell (it's sold as the "Cap Insert Assembly," part 2035014).

Fitment

Verified on my own Little Green Pet Deluxe, model 3353. I haven't tested it against any other Little Green variants (Max Pet, Pet Pro, HydroSteam, Mini, etc.), so I can't promise it fits those — measure twice before you commit a long print.

Material & print notes

I printed mine in PLA, and it's held up fine for my use. One caveat worth knowing: Bissell says you can fill the tank with warm (not boiling) water, and PLA softens at fairly low temps. If you run warm solution, print this in PETG instead — it shrugs off heat and moisture far better and is the right call for anything that holds liquid long-term. ASA/ABS work too if that's what you've got.

  • No supports needed
  • Print threads-up so the threaded face comes off the plate clean
  • A few perimeters for a solid, watertight-ish wall

If something doesn't fit on your machine, drop a comment with your model number and I'll take a look. Happy printing!
