This is a truss support bracket for an Ozark Trail (Walmart) Pop Up Tent or Canopy. This fits our 10x10' model but likely fits others.
Printed with PETG, all outlines for strength.
11mm wide openings for the truss rods.
30x30mm long and deep
20mm tall
2.5mm thickness on all surfaces
5.4mm hole to fit M5 Bolt
Use thread locker on the bolt and nut.
After setting our tent up at a baseball game we realized this truss support was missing and the tent would not stay up. A team mom say ope' that's what happened to ours you will have to buy a new one. I mumbled….yeah okay lady. Macgyvered it for the day with some string used for a chalk line. Came home and copied the factor design on CAD, printed and the tent is as good as new. The truss bracket holds two truss rods upwards after the center push is in place and keeps that roof corner from collapsing on itself.
