Description

Retro Racer Toy Car is a 3D printed toy inspired by classic 1930s grand prix roadsters. The smooth flowing body, rounded single seat, oval front grille and chunky treaded wheels give it a vintage race car look that fits just as well on a kid's shelf as on your desk.

It prints clean and sturdy with no supports needed on the body. The wheels print separately and snap onto the axles, so you can print them in a different color for a two tone look. A red body with white wheels is the classic combo, but it works in any color you have loaded.

The model is friendly for single color printers and needs no AMS, so it runs on the Bambu Lab A1 Mini, A1, P1P, P1S and X1C with no extra setup. If you have an AMS you can make a colorful version by assigning colors to the wheels and grille.

It makes a quick print for kids, a fun desk toy, or a retro display piece for any maker who likes vintage cars. If you print one, leave a like and share a photo of your make.

  • Supports: not needed on the body
  • Orientation: print the body seat-up
  • No AMS required, prints in a single color or use my painted version
