Description
# VectorFlex 95A Speaker Isolation Stand
VectorFlex 95A is a fully printable twin-frame isolation stand designed specifically for Polk TSi100 bookshelf speakers.
The design uses rigid PETG frames and replaceable directional 95A TPU cartridges. The upper speaker platform floats independently above the lower frame, with no rigid connection transferring vibration directly between them.
## Main features
- Sized for the Polk TSi100
- One-piece frames sized for the Bambu Lab X2D main nozzle
- Directional 95A TPU isolation cartridges
- Softer front-to-back compliance
- Firmer side-to-side control
- Separate front and rear cartridge tuning options
- Molded 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 mm compression indicators
- Hidden non-contact safety-limiter screws
- 0.8 mm normal-operation limiter clearance
- Keyed cartridge orientation
- Replaceable quick-swap isolators
- 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm leveling shims
- Optional 0°, 2°, 4° and 6° reversible tilt rails
- Ribbed closed-section frames
- TPU speaker grip strips
- TPU desk-contact rings
- No steel plate required
## Materials
Rigid components:
- PETG or PETG-HF recommended
- PLA+, ASA or ABS may also be suitable
Flexible components:
- 95A TPU
## Hardware per speaker
- 4 × M4 × 30 mm button-head screws
- 4 × standard M4 hex nuts
- Removable medium-strength threadlocker
For a stereo pair, double those quantities.
## Important: print the test parts first
Before printing the full stand, print:
1. TPU calibration quartet
2. Rigid hardware-fit coupon
3. TPU seat and desk-pad fit coupon
The cartridges should compress approximately 1.5–2.5 mm under their normal corner load while remaining upright and returning to their original shape.
Recommended starting setup:
- Front/listener-side corners: FRONT-SOFT
- Rear/wall-side corners: REAR-SOFT
Move to the medium version only where excessive compression occurs.
## Printing
Suggested rigid-part settings:
- 0.4 mm nozzle
- 0.20 mm layer height
- 5 walls
- 6 top and bottom layers
- 30% gyroid or cubic infill
- No supports
Suggested TPU settings:
- Dry 95A TPU
- 0.4 mm nozzle
- 0.20 mm layers
- 20–35 mm/s
- 100% infill
- No supports
- Do not scale the cartridges
## Status
This release has been computationally checked for:
- Watertight STL geometry
- Correct surface winding
- X2D main-nozzle build-area fit
- Frame and cartridge clearances
- Safety-limiter clearance
- Component interference
Physical results depend on the TPU brand, extrusion calibration, speaker center of gravity and desk construction. Print the calibration parts and one complete stand before producing the stereo pair.
