Final Form Cooler – Multi-Part Display Statue ( NO AMS )

Bring one of Dragon Ball's most iconic villains to life with this multi-part display statue of Cooler. Designed with FDM printing in mind, this model combines a dynamic battle stance, clean anatomical proportions, and carefully separated parts to create a collectible that is both enjoyable to print and satisfying to assemble.

Unlike traditional multi-colour prints, this model is divided into individual components, allowing you to achieve a clean, multi-colour finish without requiring an AMS. Each section can be printed separately using your filament colour of choice, making the project accessible to anyone with a standard single-extruder printer.

The model has been engineered with generous assembly tolerances to accommodate minor differences between printers. For the strongest and cleanest finish, I recommend assembling the parts using CA (super glue) after a quick dry fit.

Recommended Print Settings

  • 0.4 mm nozzle ( 0.2 nozzle for 23 cm version NON ams version eyes )
  • Variable layer height for the best quality
  • Tree supports where required, painted some extra ( used PETG support interface layer for H2D profile for a cleaner look )
  • Use profile orientation for best quality
  • set your own support setting that work best for your printer for easy removal

Tips

  • The names of the parts have been added on the support layer for the caps. These fit nicely, so if it feels wrong check the position.
  • For the 23 version or smaller, i would suggest to print the eyes in one set. I have added the part for that, or print it with a 0.2 nozzle.
  • Left and right parts have different connection measurement, they will fit nicely one 1 side.
  • Use a brim or my preferred profile to make sure that the prints stay on your plate :)
  • On the large profile the eyes are made from 2 pieces. first glue the red eyes on the black base. then push them far inside the head.
  • Get some good tools to remove the supports, cut the tree's into pieces before removing everything.

Whether you prefer printing in accurate character colours or creating your own custom version, this model is a fantastic display piece for any Dragon Ball collection.

If you decide to print it, I'd love to see your results! Please consider uploading a photo, leaving a rating, or sharing your painted version with the community. Your support motivates me to continue creating high-quality multi-part display models.

Thank you for downloading, and happy printing!
