UGreen HiTune Max5C smaller headband

This is a headband for the UGreen HiTune Max 5C wireless headphone. The original one that comes with it was a bit too big for my tastes, making the headphone hang too low even when on the smallest setting.

This replacement headband is about 2.5cm smaller in circumference than the original, and you can switch it out without damaging anything.
it may be a bit stiff to insert into the cups, but with care it fits fine without breaking.

You will need to add some sort of padding on the bottom of it, in my case I used a medium density foam with a small channel in the middle to route the cable through, and glued it with CA glue.

Use PETG as PLA is too brittle and will probably break when bending.

You can also use the original screws with no problem, there is no need for heat set inserts.
