Description
AEA Megalodon 13-round magazine + remaining shot indicator
Required accessories
- 1x M4x10 countersunk screw
- Stainless steel spring steel wire 0.8mm 400mm long
- 1x M4 heat-set insert nut
- Medium-strength threadlocker
- 1x steel pin D3x5 or M3x5 grub screw
- 2x ball spring plungers (D4 x L5)
To bend the spring, a tube or similar object with D=15mm is needed, around which the spring steel wire is wound
When bending the spring, both ends should be left a little longer On the outside, I simply bent the spring over so that it does not snap out (if necessary, melt it in with a soldering iron so that the outside is smooth)
For the drum, the spring hole should be drilled through with 0.8mm (otherwise the markings would not have printed properly)
A driver steel pin is inserted and swaged into the lid best done with a center punch, or by hitting it with a hammer (on a solid steel base)
The M4 countersunk screw should be glued in with threadlocker so that it does not rotate along when filling the magazine
Melt in the two ball spring plungers just like the M4 heat-set insert nut
