Product Overview
This 3D printed roller blind cord stopper is an upgraded practical accessory optimized to solve the swinging and tangling issues of bead pull cords on household roller blinds and zebra blinds. Without a limit stopper on the end of the blind cord, the cord will swing wildly when windows are opened for ventilation. It easily tangles with curtain tracks and window frames, and even poses entanglement risks for kids. This model targets this pain point, firmly locking the cord end and fundamentally restricting large-range swinging of the pull cord.
Upgrade Highlight: Threaded Lock Mounting Mechanism
The original version adopted an integrated snap-fit structure, which was hard to install & remove and prone to loosening after long-term pulling. This new upgraded split threaded locking system consists of a textured anti-slip knob and pulley bracket.
For installation: Thread the cord through the pulley then tighten the knob. The threaded structure delivers even, stable clamping force. To detach, simply twist the knob counterclockwise without forcing or damaging the part—easy enough for elderly users to operate independently.
Granular anti-slip texture is added to the thread contact surface to prevent slipping even with damp hands, and the threads resist stripping after repeated long-term use.

1. Hollow Triangular Lightweight Bracket: Large hollow cutouts drastically reduce filament consumption and shorten print time, while the triangular mechanical frame maintains structural rigidity to avoid cracking under daily tension.
2. Integrated Smooth Pulley Groove: Rounded inner slot protects the pull cord from sharp edges, reducing abrasion and extending the service life of nylon blind cords.
3. Support-Free Printing Geometry: No complex overhangs across the whole model. It can be printed directly on consumer FDM 3D printers without extra support structures, lowering print failure rates. Standard PLA filament provides sufficient strength for indoor long-term use, with good heat and aging resistance.
Compatibility
Fits most standard woven nylon pull cords for household roller blinds. Tolerance is reserved in the design, so cords with minor thickness differences can be securely clamped.
