Recently, I wanted to tinker with some audio systems and became interested in disassembling a Super Xiaoai Speaker PRO, but its original enclosure was a bit ugly, so I only bought the disassembled speaker drivers, 2.5-inch dual magnetic steel for only 12.4 yuan each. Assembly steps:

1. Insert the Wang Xiaochen Bluetooth amplifier into the front small board. The exposed hole positions for 9.1W and 8.5W are consistent. Note that the fixing screw positions are different. As shown in the figure, apply some foam at the front position to prevent air leakage

 

2. Carefully insert the disassembled Super Xiaoai Speaker PRO driver from the side. It should fit snugly into the rounded rectangle behind the front panel, and secure the driver with M2.5x6 screws

3. Insert the front small board into the rectangular slot. Connect and secure the lithium battery to the amplifier. Mine is a 21700 battery, so it's placed at an angle. If it's an 18650 battery, multiple cells can be laid horizontally in parallel

4. After confirming the speaker wiring is correct, cover both sides with the TPU passive radiator, press it down with a rigid frame, and secure it with M2x6 or longer screws
