Pauline - Mario Odyssey (Multi-Color Optimized)
Print Profile(3)

Bill of Materials
Description
Bring the magic of Super Mario Odyssey to your desk with this extremely detailed Pauline model! This project was entirely sculpted and segmented in Blender with a precise goal: to achieve a high-quality multi-color piece by almost entirely eliminating the filament waste typical of multi-material prints
The model has been carefully cut and organized onto dedicated plates for each individual color. If you have an AMS system (like on the Bambu Lab P1S), you can use it for maximum automatic assignment convenience, but the real magic is that there are no color changes during the printing of individual plates. No kilometer-long purge towers, no wasted "poop"
Model Features:
- Height: 16.7 cm, proportionate and perfect for display
- Very High Efficiency: The complete model weighs only 81g
- Minimal Waste: Thanks to the intelligent segmentation, the total waste is just 7g
- No Color Changes: Multi-color printing accessible even to those without an AMS, simply by printing one plate at a time with the corresponding color
- Careful Details: Includes iconic accessories such as the red hat with a golden buckle, earrings, bracelets, and the splendid vintage microphone
Assembly: The model consists of several parts designed with precise tolerances (tested on Bambu Lab P1S) to fit together perfectly. Along with the print files, you will find an attached PDF Assembly Manual complete with visual exploded views that will guide you step by step to join the head, body, arms, and all the small details (eyes, earrings, microphone) in a simple and intuitive way
Printing Tips:
- Resolution: A layer height of 0.12mm or 0.16mm is recommended to best highlight the details of the face and microphone
- Supports: (Insert here if you used particular supports, e.g., Normal/Tree for arms or chin)
- Adhesion: A textured PEI plate will ensure an excellent finish for the bases and good adhesion for smaller parts
Happy printing and feel free to share photos of your Paulines in the comments!
P.S. for those who want to print some complex parts with the AMS, there are 2 additional dedicated profiles:
- full AMS print for the eyes
- full AMS print for the face and eyes
