64-Slot Large Round Kumihimo disc for round bracelets
This is a large round Kumihimo disc featuring 64 slots for strings to make complex high string-count round bracelets with up to 40 strings, using the ancient Japanese artform of Kumihimo, which is done by weaving strings of silk, rope or yarn together using a disc to form a rope/bracelet with artistic patterns in the process.
A 64-slot Kumihimo disc is typically used for weaves with more than 16 strings at a time as the complexity of keeping track of the strings increases if they are too densely packed together.
The below picture shows the disc with a 24-string pattern using 12 different colors at the same time to create the large pattern.

The disc has 64 marked notches to hold the strings in place and allowing to easily make high string-count weaves through the rounded circle slot in the center for the Kumihimo weaving pattern to form.
The notches are labelled 1-64 and additionally the notches are marked
- every 16th slot with a large dot to indicate starting points for 8-string weaves (at16, 32, 48 and 64),
- as well as every 8th slot in between for 16-string weaves with a smaller circle (at 8,24, 40 and 56),
- as well as every 4th slot in between the 16- and 8-slot markers for 32-string weaves with a small diamond dot (at 4, 12, 20, 28, 36, 44, 52 and 60).
The labels are printed flat on the bed, so the disc is rotated upside down.
If using an AMS, the labels are pre-colored and will be printed using a color for the disc and a second for the labels and markings.

Without an AMS, the labels will still be visible through the trick of the labels being recessed by one layer height (0.2mm), this embeds the outline of the labels even without color as shown below. If desired, you could trace the etching using a permanent marker after the print.

Instructions
No assembly is required for the print. Simply print it, get some strings of silk, yarn or rope and you're ready to go. I recommend a string diameter of up to 2mm in thickness (pictured above are a mix of 1mm an 2mm strings).
Patterns and instructions on how to use a Kumihimo disc to make rope/bracelets can be found online with several websites dedicated to it and many instructional videos.
