Tentacle Timebar Clapperboard

Bill of Materials
Description
3D print a full-sized clapperboard for the Tentacle Sync Timebar.
NOTES:
- The print has three plates: (1) the main board, (2) a faceplate, and (3) a print-in-place clapper.
- The pieces are held together with m3x8 screws (3 for the clapper and 8 for the faceplate).
- The Timebar is held snugly behind the faceplate.
- There is a convenient and ergonomic handhold on the back of the main board.
- The board can be printed without top layers and the faceplate without bottom.
- You cannot use dry erase directly on the print (its too porous) so you will need to put tape or another surface on top of the faceplate.
- The clapper piece uses an interface layer to allow it to be print-in-place. I printed mine with PETG as the main material and used PLA as the interface because they don't bond.
- You DO NOT need supports for any of the pieces--the interface layer is baked into the clapper model as a physical part.
- The clapper is held shut with either a pair of 8mm or 10mm magnets (holes for both are provided).
- There is a hole on the side to access the power button, USB-C port, and the 3.5mm jack on the timebar.
