Remixed https://makerworld.com/en/models/1971521-makita-dtm52-multicutter-dust-extractor with a dust port adapter with nobs for twist-and-lock with Festool D27 hose's fitting.
Dust still gets vacuumed in the middle. So this model is mostly effective for sanding attachments.
