Description
Hello good day
Here I present to you the pool waterfall/nozzle combo, completely as a 3D print
We wanted a waterfall in the pool but didn't want to constantly re-plug, or rather, remove the waterfall from the return and re-mount the nozzle
So I set to work, completely 3D printable and easily switchable from nozzle to waterfall without annoying re-plugging or dismounting
Assembly is easy to understand, the pipe is inserted into the main body from above until it clicks. This makes the pipe 360° rotatable
The waterfall attachment is screwed into the pipe with a thread. The adjusting shaft is inserted so that the oval hole points downwards
Now a small drop of super glue on the small bolt, then insert it into the small hole opposite the insertion side of the adjusting shaft, let it dry briefly and you're good to go
The nozzle side is slightly conical, starting at 25mm in diameter and expanding to 26mm towards the shaft
I adjusted the nozzle hole a little to generate a stronger jet
I use a Steinbach sand filter pump, which provides good pressure and delivers a strong result through the waterfall/nozzle combo
When the nozzle function is activated, minimal water runs out of the waterfall because everything works without O-rings. This is not bothersome and is truly minimal
Well, enough writing. I hope you have as much fun with this part as we do
Best regards
