Locking Modular Wave Desk Organizer

A compact round modular organizer from the Wave Organizer series. The model has one main compartment, a base with 8 rods, and 6 separate tiers, with the final tier using slots for additional structural locking.

Remix / derivative note

This model is a remix of my original Modular Wave Desk Organizer. The main round shape, modular tier structure, one-compartment layout, and wave-style visual design are preserved.

Compared to the original version, this remix adds locking elements to the ends of the base rods and updates the final tier with lower slots. These changes help secure the top part of the modular construction more reliably.

Overview

This is a compact round desk organizer designed for stationery and small items of appropriate size. It works well for a home desk, office, or workspace, while the layered wave-style tiers give it a decorative and slightly interactive character.

The model is part of my Wave Organizer series. The organizer is designed as a modular construction: it consists of a base with rods and 6 separate tiers in two different wave-style patterns.

The tiers can be assembled in the default sequence or mixed in different ways, but the final tier with slots should preferably be installed last to keep the intended structural locking.

Default assembly sequence

The default assembly sequence uses the base as the first tier in the first wave style. Then the second tier in the second style is placed onto the 8 rods of the base, followed by the third tier in the first style, and so on until the seventh tier completes the construction.

The ends of the base rods include additional locking elements that fit into the slots of the final tier.

The organizer has 1 main compartment that uses the maximum internal space. It is suitable for pens, pencils, and other small items of appropriate size. Thanks to its distinctive look, the model can also work as a gift for a teacher, manager, colleague, or partner.
