Description

This is a work in progress model for shell to adapt the TLR-6 HL flashlight/Laser to attach to a Ruger Max-9. IT is currently reached a functional state and i am ready to share it for feedback.

Model Notes:
This model only works with the Streamlight TLR-6 HL and should work with any variation of it as they all have the same internal light module. It will not work with the standard TLR-6.  My current test version is printed in Sunlu PETG-CF with 3 wall loops and 25% infill and requires 3x m2x20mm socket head screws and 1 M2x14mm Socket head screw and 4 m2 nuts. I Recommend using at least PETG or other temperature resistant filament such as ABS or ASA.

Future work:
1. Endurance Testing - will be putting through testing to see how durable it is. This may lead to modifications in materials and or print orientation.
2. Adding a battery door - I am working on including a battery door so the battery can be replaced without disassembling the light. this may be a 3d printed item or a incorporation of the original door from shell the light module came from.
3. Holster options, Belt and or pocket holsters.
