⚠️ This sleeve is designed exclusively for Clipper Jet Flame lighters with piezoelectric ignition. It is not compatible with standard Clipper lighters that use a flint wheel, as their construction and dimensions are different.

Note: Fine-tuning the internal fit proved to be more challenging than it might seem. Different production batches of Clipper Jet Flame lighters vary slightly in size, and there is also a small dimensional difference between models with silver and black-coated metal tops. The final design is therefore a carefully balanced compromise that provides a secure fit across the widest range of commonly available versions.

For best results, print on a clean, dry, and grease-free build plate using high-quality dry filament and a properly calibrated printer.
