Description
This is a cycloidal reducer adapted for a 42 stepper motor with a reduction ratio of 20:1. The main body only requires over 100g of filament to print, and the single hardware cost is just over 40. SW source files are also provided for reference and modification

1. Stainless steel internally threaded cylindrical pin 4*10*M3 --- 6 pieces
2. Bearing steel cylindrical pin 4×13MM----- 20 pieces
3. M4 hex nuts 6 pieces
4. M3*8 flat head screws for fixing the stepper motor 4 pieces
5. Several M3*8 flat head hex socket screws
6. 50*65*7 thin-section deep groove ball bearing 1 piece
7. 6703zz bearing 17*23*4 two pieces
8. 6702zz bearing 15*21*4 two pieces
9. Oil-free self-lubricating composite copper bushings 6 pieces
10. M4 screws for connecting the output disk ---- choose according to your needs, as long as the total threaded length does not exceed 9MM
The picture shows version 1.0 which was successfully print-tested. The fixing method of the output disk was later changed, but the overall design remains the same and is now released as version 1.1
Important: XY axis internal and external dimension compensation should be done before printing
