A fully customizable

19" Rackmount Keystone Panel

Boosting keeps the rack stable!

Snap your keystone jacks (RJ45, HDMI, USB, blanks, you name it) into a tidy 19" (482.6 mm) rack panel. Design a single row or a multi-row grid, mix rotations and labels, and the panel sizes itself in whole rack U.

  • 🔌 Any keystone jack: standard footprint; tune the fit with one tolerance knob
  • 🧱 Strip or Grid: one row, or up to four independently configured rows
  • 📐 Auto-height: describe the rows, the panel grows to the smallest rack U that fits
  • 🧩 Prints in two halves: joined by a snap-in lock pin, so a full 19" panel fits your bed
  • 🏷️ Snap-in labels: printable label plates click in beside each port

🛠️ How It Works

Pick Strip for a single row or Grid for up to four. Tell it how many keystones, which way they face, and where the labels go, and the panel auto-fits the rows in whole rack U and bolts into any standard 19" rack.

Because a full 19" panel is wider than most print beds, it prints as two halves that clip together with a split lock pin down the centre seam. The jacks align from the seam outward so the assembled panel reads as one continuous row.

It's also intentionally beefier than the 10": an opinionated 4 mm panel (vs 2 mm) with back braces for stability, so a full-width rack panel doesn't flex.

Jacks press in from the back and catch on their own clips; the optional snap-in label plates print separately.

📦 What's in the Download

The bundled print profile holds the showcase panels only. For your own layout, start the customizer. The rack frame isn't included, but HomeRacker has you covered there too: build a full 19" rack with the Modular 19" Server Rack and mount your keystone panels right in.

💡 No rack at all? Skip the rackmount and go HomeRacker-native instead. The same keystone panel, mounted straight into any HomeRacker frame for maximum flexibility.

📐 Customization Guide

Every parameter, plus how to print and join the split halves (and a pin-insertion tip that genuinely helps), is covered in the attached Customization Guide PDF (shared with the 10" version).

🗓️ Changelog

  • 27.06.2026 ✨ Label plates now lay out in a compact, print-bed-friendly grid instead of one long row that overran larger plates
  • 🆕 Initial Release
