Description
A fly tying spooler made from discarded ballpoint pen refills The pen refill tube wall is smooth and the pen tip has a natural taper, making threading easy and winding precise, greatly reducing production cost and printing difficulty
Assembly
5.4mm diameter discarded pen refill x 1, clean out ink, remove pen tip
Pen refill cut to about 6.5 cm in length
Insert the pen refill into the spooler to complete assembly
For a smoother experience, you can add ceramic eyelets to both ends of the pen refill, one 2.4x4mm ceramic eyelet for the head, and one 3.9x6.6mm ceramic eyelet for the tail
