Max Team Lesu Gearbox Holder Installation Kit
I have developed an alternative to the 3D printed gearbox from 3d Sets
This conversion kit only fits the Max Team Van or Model 14
The advantages:
Fits 540 motor
Fits Aluminum Lesu 3-speed gearbox
Precise fit, stable, quiet
Lesu Gearbox:
Lesu Gearbox F-5021
3-speed manual gearbox ( CNC Milled )
Manually shifted via optional servo ( can be operated without shifting
5mm output shaft
Ratio:
1st gear 20.9:1
2nd gear 10.5:1
3rd gear 5.2:1
this translates as follows
Motor (540) Gear RPM Speed ( km/h)
55T 1/2/3 153 /305/ 616 2.4 / 4.8 / 9.9
45T 1/2/3 198 / 394 / 797 3.1 / 6.2 / 12.4
35T 1/2/3 261 / 520 / 1050 4.1 / 8.1 / 16.4
Installation:
For installation you will need
2x M3x14mm Torx or Allen screws
14x M3x12mm Torx or Allen screws
6x M3 nuts, these are pressed into the slots of the original chassis, which are already present
Original driveshaft, center tunnel, and rear axle no longer fit !
I am converting the driveshaft, center tunnel ( coupling rods ), and rear axle to metal, I will also upload the files for this in the next few days
The entire project is still under development, I am grateful for your feedback
Printed in ASA, but other materials also work
