Description
This electric fence insulator is 3D printed from durable PETG and features a three-piece press-fit design. All parts are modeled with tight tolerances, allowing the locking clip to securely snap into the mounting base. To assemble, align the components and gently tap the clip into place using a rubber mallet for a strong, permanent connection.
The insulator is designed to firmly hold electric fence wire or polywire while maintaining safe spacing from the fence post. PETG provides excellent durability, weather resistance, and strength for long-term outdoor use, making this insulator ideal for fence repairs, new installations, or custom fencing projects.
For maximum longevity, applying a small amount of adhesive during assembly is recommended. Outdoor temperature changes can cause the plastic components to expand and contract over time, and adhesive helps maintain a secure bond through repeated heating and cooling cycles.
