This is a 3D printable OPS Inc. style Brake and Collar Kit designed for Airsoft replicas and display builds.

The design is intended to replicate the classic appearance of the well-known OPS Inc. style setup and is ideal for MK12-inspired Airsoft projects, display replicas, cosplay builds, and collection pieces.

Print Information

The prototype shown in the photos was printed in PA6-CF (Carbon Fiber Nylon) and lightly finished on a lathe to improve the surface appearance.

However, the model is fully functional as a standard 3D print and does not require post processing.

For best thread quality I recommend:

• Layer Height: 0.08 mm (best results)
• Layer Height: 0.12 mm (recommended)

Larger layer heights may reduce thread quality and can cause fitment issues.

Important Notes

This model was primarily designed as a display and Airsoft accessory.

The brake fins are relatively thin and should not be considered impact-resistant. While suitable for normal handling and display use, they are not intended for heavy abuse.
