JIC 37° Protective Thread Caps
Collection of protective thread caps for JIC 37° fittings, designed to cover male threads during component storage, transport, maintenance, and handling
The models help protect the threaded area from dust, dirt, minor impacts, and accidental damage that could compromise subsequent mating with the female fitting
The external geometry features a diamond knurling, designed to improve grip during manual screwing and unscrewing, even when wearing work gloves
Included Sizes
-4, -5, -6, -8, -10, -12, -14, -16, -20 and -24
Print Profile
All sizes are included in a single print profile, organized on separate build plates
Each plate contains only one size, allowing you to quickly select and print only the necessary cap without manually modifying or separating the models

The models have been developed and subsequently verified through assembly tests on real commercial components
