Description
This configurable parametric model lets you print almost any automotive press-in snap rivet that you need. Just hit the customize button and input your dimensions.
- Head Diameter (8 - 50 mm) recommendation is 2 to 3 times the shaft diameter. (Anything less than 2X the shaft diameter will get bumped up)
- Shaft Diameter (3 -15 mm) recommendation is 0.2 mm smaller than the hole it will go into.
- Grip Length (0.5 - 15 mm) recommendation is 0.2 to 0.5 mm greater than the total panel stackup.
Installation
- Insert the V-shaped insert into the O-shaped washer.
- Install them into the panel hole.
Push the T-shaped insert in to lock everything in place with a click.
