Description
The hand spinner, a toy from the 80s and 90s. Back then, we used copper coins, bottle caps, and beer bottle caps to make these, with copper coins spinning the longest. Now, I've 3D printed one and created a mechanical-style base for it to prevent the spinner from moving around.
The spinning tip must be sharp for a long spin time. It requires some skill to make it spin for an extended period, and the actual spin time varies from person to person.
It's split into two plates with different infills. The main body parts are printed separately, allowing for different colors. The spinner can be printed with different colors by layer.
The spinner consists of two parts, upper and lower, connected by 4 small wedges. Currently, I print and assemble it directly without glue. If your print turns out loose, you can use glue to bond them.
