Compatible with Winsor & Newton palettes
Fill your own colors and customize your palette with this precisely designed 3D printable watercolor half pan. It is fully compatible with Winsor & Newton watercolor palettes, including both the large 45 half pan palette and smaller travel/field palettes.
Dimensions
The standard Winsor & Newton half pan measures 19 × 15 mm (top), 17 × 14 mm (bottom), and 8 mm in height. This model is scaled to 102% to compensate for PLA shrinkage during printing and cooling. After printing, the pan matches the original dimensions precisely and fits perfectly in the palette slots. This scale factor was determined through multiple prototyping iterations.

- Material: PLA (but other materials will work too)
- Layer height: 0.08 mm (for a smooth interior surface)
- Infill: 15%
- Supports: None needed
- Brim/Raft: None needed
