Camco Style RV Sewer Hose Coupler

 

This is a custom-designed Camco-style RV sewer hose coupler featuring an integrated threaded end. It allows you to securely attach standard, flexible RV sewer hoses directly to your plumbing or drain adapters. Built with heavy-duty use in mind, the model includes reinforced lugs and dense structural walls to prevent leaks and withstand the harsh environments of campsites and dump stations.

Features

  • Standard Fit: Matches standard Camco-style twist-lock bayonet or lug fittings.
  • Threaded Connection: Deep, clean threads designed to screw firmly into standard ribbed RV sewer hoses.
  • Ergonomic Lugs: Protruding pins provide excellent grip leverage when twisting the coupler on or off.
  • Print-Optimized: Flat surfaces minimize the need for excessive supports while maintaining precise dimensions.

Post-Processing & Assembly

  1. Carefully remove the slim tree supports from the underside of the locking lugs and threads.
  2. Inspect the internal threads for any minor overhang artifacts and clean them up if necessary.
  3. Screw your flexible RV sewer hose onto the threaded end.
  4. Tip: Apply a bead of silicone sealant or use an appropriate hose clamp over the threaded joint to guarantee a completely airtight, leak-proof seal.

This profile is tuned for maximum part strength, water-tightness, and excellent layer adhesion.

  • Infill Pattern: Gyroid (Provides uniform, multi-directional strength without creating internal pressure hot-spots)
