Description
A Star Spangled version of my balloon wind spinner. This model has star shaped holes in a blue field of each blade with red and white stripes below. The basket is also striped in red, white and blue. Perfect for hanging in your garden, on your porch or in your front yard. The sliced model has color changes at evenly spaced layers, so no painting is necessary.
