3D printed modular Perler bead organizer with five pull-out drawers, each containing 5 independent compartments. The front features reserved label slots for marking Perler bead color codes, completely preventing color mixing.

The layers can be freely stacked and separated, with secure clasps for easy portability. The top cover includes a printed tweezer holder and an ironing paper storage slot, providing one-stop storage for beads and tools. It's compatible with 5mm standard Perler beads and 2.6mm mini Perler beads, making it a desktop organizing essential for manual Perler bead crafters.

Size considerations: To print a 120-color organizer, 5 layers are needed. Each layer can hold 25 single-unit small compartments (40*40*35mm), with each small compartment holding approximately 15-20 grams of beads. This totals 125 units (5*25). You can also adjust to include a few double-unit large compartments (40*80*35).

The overall dimensions for the 120-color version are H20cm*L24cm*W22cm.

If expansion is needed, it can be expanded left and right by sharing a common middle section, allowing the boxes to form a single main unit.
Note: Each layer requires 4 small magnets (4mm diameter, 2mm thick) for securing and limiting movement. Smaller magnets are chosen so that drawers can be pulled out with minimal effort when retrieving beads!

Print profile: When using PETG material, a layer height of 0.16mm is recommended for printing small compartments.
