Description

TriEdge Nano — The Pocket Fingerboard for Climbers

Train your fingers anywhere. No wall. No campus board. No excuses.

The TriEdge Nano is a minimal, travel-ready finger trainer inspired by the industry standard in climbing-specific edge training. Three precisely sized edges, 8 mm, 15 mm, and 21 mm  cover the full spectrum from deep-pocket endurance to shallow-edge recruitment, all on a single printable object that fits in your chalk bag.

Why it works:

The triangular frame distributes grip load across a rigid structure. The hole at the top is sized for a rope, thread it through, attach a loading pin, and add weight plates for dead hang training. Or skip the weights entirely and just hang your bodyweight from it. Tested at 80 kg body load in PLA with no issues.

Designed for:

  • Climbers who travel or work at a desk
  • Weighted dead hang training with a loading pin
  • Finger rehab and isolated tendon loading
  • Anyone serious about contact strength

Print settings (tested & proven):

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Wall loops: 6
  • Infill: 35% Gyroid
  • Material: PLA (tested at 80 kg — holds fine)
  • Supports: None required

How to use:

Attach a rope through the top hole and hang it from any pull-up bar or solid anchor. Add a loading pin with weight plates for progressive overload, or hang your full bodyweight directly. Dead hangs, 3-finger drag, half-crimp — the edges are sized to match real hold depths you'll find on the wall.

Print it. Load it. Send it.
