Assembly

  1. Print the enclosure, rear cover and feet.
  2. Remove the original driver and cable from the Creative Inspire T6300 housing.
  3. Install the driver inside the printed enclosure.
  4. Route the cable through the rear cable opening.
  5. Install the heat-set inserts.
  6. Attach the rear cover using M3 screws. Before pressing the back cover fully into position, check that all four screw holes align correctly with the threaded inserts. Rotate the cover if necessary and do not force it into place.
  7. Press-fit or glue the feet into place. Important: The feet are not interchangeable. Each foot is designed for a specific corner, so test the fit and confirm the correct position before pressing or gluing them in place.

Important

This is an independently designed replacement enclosure and is not an official Creative product.

Before printing, verify that your speaker driver matches the dimensions shown in the model images.

Designed specifically for the original speaker driver from the Creative Inspire T6300.

The original driver does not appear to be sold separately as an official spare part. Complete replacement T6300 satellite speakers can sometimes be found second-hand or as unused spare units.

Generic 50 mm drivers may not fit without modifying the mounting geometry, impedance, power rating and enclosure.
