- Dual Chip Designs:
- Option A (The Accents): A clean, two-tone design featuring crisp white accents/parts for that classic casino look (perfect for multi-color printing or filament swapping).
- Option B (The Minimalist): A sleek, single-color/no-accent design for a faster, simpler print that still looks incredibly sharp.
- Travel-Ready Locking Mechanism: The case holder keeps everything snug and secure during transit but allows for effortless access when it's time to deal.
🛠️ Print Settings & Recommendations
- Filament: PLA works perfectly for both the case and chips.
- Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm for the case. For the chips, 0.16mm or finer is highly recommended to ensure the white accents and edge details print cleanly.
- Infill: 15% - 20% Gyroid for the case. For the chips, consider 100% infill or adding a high number of bottom/top layers to give them a satisfying, realistic weight in the hand.
- Supports: No supports needed! Designed with 3D printing in mind to minimize waste and post-processing.
- Multi-Color Printing (for AMS): The accented chips are pre-separated/colored for effortless printing with an AMS.
💡 Assembly & Gameplay Tips
- Print your 60 chips in 3 to 4 different colors to represent different denominations (e.g., White = $1, Red = $5, Green = $25).
- Use those 5 extra slots in the 65-chip case to print a dedicated Dealer Button or Big/Small Blind tokens!
