Description

A two-part dust port adapter for the Makita DSP600 plunge cut saw. Redirects the dust port upward, making it easier to route the vacuum hose out of the way during cuts.

The elbow press-fits onto the saw's stock dust port, no modifications needed. The hose connector is a separate, swappable piece, the side that connects to the elbow has a fixed size, while the side that connects to your vacuum hose is fully customizable to fit different hose diameters.

The included print profile gives you a hose connector for 34.4mm hoses (inserted inside the connector) or 37.8mm hoses (inserted over the connector). Need a different size? Use the Customize button on this page to generate a connector that matches your own hose diameter, no software needed.

Customizer parameters:

  • top_part_len — length of the top section (default 20mm)
  • bottom_part_len — length of the bottom section (default 20mm)
  • connector_length — length of the connector between top and bottom (default 10mm)
  • bottom_inner_diam — inner diameter of the bottom port, this is the side you customize for your hose (default 35mm, wall thickness is 1.5mm, so outer diameter = inner diameter + 1.5mm)
  • top_inner_diam — inner diameter of the top port, fixed at 38mm to match the elbow, not customizable

Tested and confirmed fit on the Makita DSP600. Likely compatible with the SP6000 as well, but not yet confirmed, let me know if you try it.
