Pond Vacuum Suction Head with Cleanable Snap-In Screen

This suction head vacuums sludge, leaves and debris off your pond floor — powered by a suction source of your choice (pond pump, wet vacuum, etc.). The screen holds back coarse debris so your suction line stays clear.

Features

• Funnel-shaped head for sweeping the pond floor.
• Tool-free cleanable screen: snaps in over tabs, just push it out to rinse — the glued head stays assembled.
• Swivel pole mount in two variants: for a thin guide rod (~10 mm) or a thicker tube (~34 mm).
• Connects to any spiral hose with 38 mm inner diameter.

Assembly in short

1. Glue the head parts and screen frame with waterproof, pond-safe glue.
2. Snap the screen into the tabs.
3. Slide on the hose and secure with a clamp.
4. Attach the mount with an M6 bolt, secure the guide rod with a 4 mm wood screw.

Material: ASA or PETG recommended (water- and UV-resistant). PLA for tests only.

Note: Only the printed parts are published. No pump or vacuum is included; connecting and operating a suction source is the user's responsibility. Keep electricity out of the water.

Tested in practice: the screen was inserted/removed 10× without any wear on the tabs.
