3D Printed Envelope – Eternal Roses: A Symphony of Elegance and Innovation! ✉️🌹

Discover this unique envelope, born from my first exploration combining the softness of rose petals with the boldness of 3D printing on flexible material. Each sculpted floral motif tells a story of passion, transforming an everyday object into a functional and romantic piece of art.

Why this model?

Enchanting Design: Embossed roses or complex geometric patterns printed directly onto a flexible material, for a delicate yet sophisticated finish. Each petal is designed to capture light and attention.

🔧 Printing Tips

• Filament :
  • PLA for a rigid structure and crisp details (ideal for well-defined embossed roses).
  • TPU for a soft and foldable envelope (perfect for more organic and realistic petals).
• Support: Use tulle for good support during printing. A pause has been added after the first layer to allow you to install the tulle with magnets, creating an effect of suspended petals or a light floral texture.
• Plate: I used a plate that creates small shimmering stars: the effect is absolutely delightful and adds a touch of magic to your 3D printed roses!
• Settings: Print at a moderate speed (around 40-50 mm/s) to preserve the quality of the floral patterns and avoid imperfections on the petals.

💬 A Note on This Creation…

This creation is my favorite so far! I still have a lot to learn! This 3D rose envelope was born from a dream: to marry technology and nature.
