T-34 Evolution - The Heavy Sci-Fi Railgun Assault Mech
Welcome to the future of armored warfare! This model is my official entry for the T-34 Evolution Remix Challenge hosted by @Bavaria_3D Tanks.
I wanted to take the legendary WWII T-34 chassis and catapult it into the 22nd century. By utilizing the original magnetic modular design, I have created a fully swappable, snap-on Sci-Fi conversion kit.
🛠️ How I Remixed the Original Model: I used the provided plain base T-34 hull and blank armor panels from @Bavaria_3D as my foundation. I completely redesigned the turret structure and side panels, adding the following custom 3D-modeled features:
- Magnetic Railgun Muzzle: A heavy, hexagonal magnetic accelerator barrel that fits right over the base cannon.
- Twin CIWS Auto-Turrets: Rear-mounted dome turrets for anti-drone defense.
- Tactical Rocket Pods: Side-mounted missile launchers designed to snap onto the magnetic side panels.
- Advanced Sensor Optics: A front-mounted targeting module.
- Drone Launchpad & Heat Vents: Upgraded roof detailing for a modern, tactical assault vehicle look.
🖨️ Printing & Assembly Details:
- Printer: Optimized for Bambu Lab A1 (AMS ready!).
- Magnets: Don't forget to insert your magnets into the recessed slots on the side armor and hull to fully enjoy the modular "snap-on" experience!
- Supports: Tree supports/Organic supports are recommended for the CIWS barrels and Rocket Pod overhangs.
