Description
A parametric 6-lobe star knob with rounded edges designed to accommodate standard DIN 934 hex nuts. The model features an integrated spacer that provides additional clearance between the knob and the mounted surface, improving usability and preventing rubbing during operation.
Simply press a metal hex nut into the dedicated pocket to create a durable and comfortable hand knob for tightening metric bolts and screws.
The integrated spacer eliminates the need for separate washers or spacers in many applications, making assembly cleaner and more convenient.
Thanks to its parametric design, the model can be generated for the most common thread sizes from M3 to M20.

Note: The nut pocket includes a small clearance allowance to compensate for printer tolerances and material shrinkage. If a tighter or looser fit is required, adjust the clearance by approximately 0.1–0.2 mm.
