This is a fidget toy that redesigns two of the community's most popular fidget toys into a new, more dynamic, vibrant, and fun stress-relief toy.
It is inspired by the well-known “Golden Snitch” from classic magical works—a legendary flying ball with golden wings that can fly at high speeds and determine the outcome of a match. Its agile and swift flying posture and mysterious design have become a classic image in the hearts of countless magic world enthusiasts.
This Twisty Passthrough Golden Snitch fidget toy combines this classic element with an innovative 3D printed mechanical structure to create a desktop fidget toy that is both ornamental and interactive. The model features an exquisite winged golden ball design, with wings spread on both sides, as if ready to take flight at any moment. Inside, a unique Passthrough twist mechanism is hidden, allowing the central structure to freely expand and retract along a helical path through twisting and pushing motions, smoothly switching between a spherical form and a towering helical form.
Note:
Thoroughly clean your build plate before printing to ensure good bed adhesion. Also, make sure your filament is dry.
Please do not scale arbitrarily to avoid changing tolerances, which may lead to print failure or a poor play experience.
